Documents to be submitted :

1. Copy of Online Receipt & Form.
2. Four Latest Passport size photograph of the candidate.
3. Copy of Birth Certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION / GRAM PANCHAYAT.
4. Original Transfer Certificate countersigned by authority (Class II onwards)
5. Attested photocopy of Mark-Sheet of previous class
6. Copy of Aadhar Card and SSSM ID.

Note :- Failing to present the above mentioned documents will subject to cancellation of registration.

Kindly remember :

1. Submission of registration form is not an assurance / security of admission.
2. The selection of the students will be purely on the basis of observation and entrance test for Class I to Class VIII.
3. Admissions will be allowed on a First-Come-First-Serve basis.
4. CHANGES / CORRECTIONS in the entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after filling / submitting ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
5. Mahendra Shiksha Samiti reserves the right to judge the eligibility of the student, as per the information furnished in the online registration form.
6. All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admission for verification. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of registration / selection of the candidate.
7. Registration forms without proper and complete documents will not be accepted.
8. Admission Fee and School Fee once paid will not be refunded if admission is cancelled or withdrawn.
